To enter the giveaway, you must follow ColumbusLivingBlog and "like" the giveaway post on Instagram or comment on this blog post by Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be announced on Monday, August 20, 2018.
The BIA Parade of Homes opens on Labor Day weekend on Saturday, September 1 and continues through Sunday, September 16, 2018. Located in Jerome Township, in the Dublin City School District, Eversole Run is an exclusive neighborhood within the expansive Jerome Village community that offers residents a feeling of privacy and seclusion.
Home prices range from $750,000 to more than $2 million, with homes situated on spacious, park-like lots surrounded by mature trees, a ravine and a water feature.
"This year’s Parade of Homes will rival any in recent years," said Jonathan Melchi, executive director of the BIA. "The diversity in architectural styles, combined with the outstanding quality-of-life offerings of Eversole Run at Jerome Village will create an unmatched experience for our Parade guests."
“We are excited for the opportunity to host the Parade of Homes for a second time at Jerome Village,” said Brian Ellis, president and COO of Nationwide Realty Investors. “The pace of development has been tremendous over the last five years throughout Jerome Village, and we are pleased to showcase one of our most sought-after neighborhoods in Eversole Run.”
Parade hours are Monday-Saturday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door and advance discount tickets are available online for $13. Children 12 and under are free and parking is $5 per car. For more information on Jerome Village and Eversole Run visit: www.jeromevillage.com.
