Blank Canvas is back for the summer!
This past Friday, Blank Canvas had it's season premiere event at Tacocat Cooperative from 8 p.m.-11 p.m. I always have a great time at Blank Canvas and I truly believe it's a great opportunity for artists, gallery owners, and young professionals to collaborate. Everyone is exposed to a different experience which makes this event so amazing and unique. This year, co-founders Jillian Winston and Kendra Garrett have teamed up to bring you new, fun, and eclectic art galleries for your pre-Friday happy hour.
Did you know each Blank Canvas ticket includes two free drinks? It's the perfect way to start your Friday. Take in the art, embrace the experience, meet new people, and dance to the music. Blank Canvas allows you to wind down from work and turn up for the weekend. As a young professional: you work hard, you pay bills, you stay involved, and you constantly immerse yourself in your career (ultimately your canvas), and sometimes you just need time to step back and take a look at what you've created. Try doing it right now. What do you see? Is your canvas inviting? Is it missing something? Are you happy with your brush stokes? Does your canvas need more color? Perhaps your canvas is blank. That's okay! Come meet like-minded people just like yourself. Where at? Blank Canvas.
“We all start our careers on a blank canvas and we want to build relationships that help us create the ultimate masterpiece we desire in life (our careers).” – Blank Canvas Co-Founders, Jillian & Kendra
